Condair søger ny Director of Sales & Service Denmark


    In Condair, sales is a focus area under development. The goal is to increase sales and ensure that the best service is continuously improved and delivered to the customers.

    As the new Director of Sales and Service, Denmark you will be responsible for developing, executing and managing sales, service and marketing in Denmark. You will manage and coordinate the different strategic business fields (such as HVAC, OEM, Industrial and Commercial End User, Private End User and Service) as well as different market segments (industries and applications) and technologies in such a way that synergies are used in the best possible way for Condair Denmark and within the sales cluster.

    A core task is to translate the group strategy into value adding sales, service and marketing plans, and you will ensure the implementation and realisation of these. You will lead and develop the managers for sales, service and marketing, who will report to you. It will be your responsibility to:

      • Develop and achieve sales and service objectives and goals 
      • Develop and manage the annual sales and service budget for Denmark 
      • Monitor markets and provide market intelligence to the Sales Cluster and the Group 
      • Ensure market insight and be in contact with customers to understand their needs 
      • Manage departments – lead, support, coach and motivate people.

      You will work from the office in Ry and cooperate across organisation and countries, since you will be part of an international organisation.

      Experienced manager with a cooperative and goal orientated mindset

      You might have a university degree combined with solid experience and several years as a sales and/or service manager, preferably in the industrial sector and in an international company.
      You are able to achieve sales, service and marketing goals through your strong sales skills, your ability to understand the market, and your management and interpersonal skills. You have strong influencing and coaching skills. You are proactive and able to transform strategy into action – and able to think strategically as well as operate with a hands-on approach. You thrive in a changing work environment, and it motivates you to improve and create new opportunities. You are a teamplayer who knows how to cooperate with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills are important, and you are fluent in spoken and written English.
